Welcome to Powerhouse

My experience with the B.O.S.S Movement began in a group setting. In so many ways not only did it help me pinpoint the factors that I needed to address in my life at that time, but also attributed to the things that I needed to attack from my childhood that kept me bound to new life situations. Now I'm not saying it was easy looking at self in a mirror view because there were many things that I didn't want to see nor believe about myself. But the truth is the truth and it will set you free! In the group, we also helped one another get through many challenges as a unit. As we progressed and grew it was not just for then it still helps me walk through life today and we hold each other accountable. I'm thankful for the support system I gained from the experience. 

I counsel with Coach L. Marie today on an more personal scale and at times when I'm confronted with something challenging, I utilize the many techniques and strategies (especially my fav Triple A) I've learned and remind myself that I Got This. This has helped me with my children, my divorce, and my business. This is COACHING with a twist and a support system that isn't like the Norm.
